CV One Limited is the Company responsible for the management of public space within Coventry city centre and the promotion of the city and its environs as a visitor destination. We currently have the following opportunities to join our management team.

Head of Business Planning (Full time)

Circa £50k p.a.

The main function of this role will be to analyse and evaluate the Company’s financial and operational performance with special regard to expenditure and income streams to provide strategic direction in respect of future business planning.

The post will require:
• Experience of driving organisational change and innovation in complex organisations.
• Strong IT skills
• Experience of business planning and strategy development
• Preferably a qualified accountant/equivalent financial qualification

City Centre Manager (Full time)

Circa £30k p.a.

This role has been established to champion the interests of city centre stakeholders within the Company to ensure that as a destination it achieves its full potential as a vibrant and attractive sub-regional centre.

The post will require:
• Experience of project planning and management
• A proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement
• A self starter with the ability to act on his/her own initiative and take colleagues with them
• An understanding of the retail and leisure sectors and commercial property market
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
